Yes. Lead paint is an invisible danger that can be ingested or inhaled depending on exposures. Adults can suffer from high blood pressure, headaches, dizziness, diminished motor skills, fatigue, and memory loss. It’s for life and can never be reversed.

That depends! Do you have 5 windows or 25 windows in the unit? And what is the condition of the property? Our experts will visit your property before an estimate is presented and we will be prepared to give you an estimated timeline then.

No. RRP is a control to minimize lead hazards and complies with Lead Safe Certification requirements. We will not permanently eliminate lead based paint. You are not required to abate your property unless a child living in your unit has been identified with an elevated blood lead level.

As per federal law, property managers can complete their own remediation only if they use lead safe work practices and have a Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) certification.

Our Health & Safety Policy does not allow tenants and pets to be in close proximity to lead mitigation areas. Typically we require the unit to be empty during our remediation activities. Our team will work with you and your tenants to determine a schedule that works for everyone.
